Doppel-T-Oszillator (Elektronik)

Hallo Gemeinde,

ich habe schonmal vor einigen Monaten wegen dem Thema gefragt, bin aber nicht weitergekommen. Dieser Doppel-T-Oszillator will nur bei 2,2V Versorgungsspannung schwingen, ich habe aber +/-12V und +5V zur Verfügung. Außerdem interessiert mich, wie es funktioniert; die NAND-Gatter und die Rs und Cs sorgen für eine abklingende Schwingung, ja. Aber wie geht das?



Das Poti hat 500k, der Widerstand in Reihe zum Poti 150k. Vielleicht muß diese Rück-/Gegenkopplung hochohmiger sein?
